Help, can't print Word for Windows document

Please help, I posted two weeks ago but received NO replies!

I am using OS/2 2.0 with Novell NetWare Requestor hooked up to a LAN with
an HP Laserjet IIISi.  I can print any document on this printer by using
the print command, redirecting output to LPT1 (which I setup using the
NetWare Requestor) or by drag-and-droping the image of the document onto
a network printer icon on my desktop.  I CANNOT, however, get any MicroSoft
Word for Windows 2.0 document to print.  The program puts up a dialog box
saying "printing page1...page2...pagen", but nothing ever appears at the
printer.  I checked the queue after printing a large document, and it 
doesn't appear to even get there!  As far as I can tell, Word is "lying"
when it says its printing something.....

Has anyone had this problem or a similar one?  I'm desperate...I must
print out a final project for a class...ANY info would be appreciated!
