Does anyone out there know anything about odi protocol stacks, and the
protocol ID needed for recieving ETHERNET_SNAP packets? I am trying to
program an ODI stack, but the docs aren't exactly clear on what exact
value to put the the 6 byte field for the protocol ID. The protocol
I want is Appletalk, and AARP. Now the 2 byte ID is 8x80f3 and 0x809b
but do you need the rest of the snap header as well? ie the full
802.2 + SNAP header is 0xaaaa0308000780f3.

Do you use the last 6 bytes? 0308000780f3? The last 2 padded with zeros?

TIA.
