I can't think of a polite way to say this, so I won't try. What the hell have you been smoking? Chicago (Windows95 now) was on the books since ~91, was at least 3 or 4 years late on shipping (in retrospect seems to have been a marketing ploy to stem the tide shifting to OS/2 and MacOS). Cairo was announced about the same time, and I'm pretty sure predated the release of NT 3.1, certainly 3.5. As far as I can tell, Cairo still hasn't shipped. When Microsoft DOES ship something on time any MIS manager in the country will tell you to wait the six months for the .1 version to ship before installing it in the enterprise as it will likely kill something. Win95 brought down an entire 400 seat network in a company I know of when installed on a SINGLE pc. Every friend I have who works at MS will tell you that the only good thing about microsoft is the pay, and that it certainly isn't the products. They regularly gripe about the buggy crap they have to ship because the marketing department has dictated the schedule. Like I said, what HAVE you been smoking?
