HELP: OS/2 Device Driver/ASPI Interface

I have a simple OS/2 device driver and an application that
scans a SCSI adapter for devices on OS/2 warp.
These were taken straight out of the Adaptec software developers' kit
OS/2 section. I do not have any experience writing device drivers
and little experience programming on OS/2.

The driver(16bit) was compiled using Microsoft 6.0 and the application(32bit)
was compiled using CSet 2.1 from IBM. The driver loads on boot up and the
adapter INQUIRY and GETDEVICE scsi commands issued through DosDevIOCtl
calls work fine, but the scsi EXECUTE command with an inquiry on the
scsi devices through a DosDevIOCtl call returns with an error
INVALID PARAMETER (Error No 87). What am I missing here? Any help
or suggestions are welcome.

If the application is compiled using Microsoft 6.0 and the corresponding
DosDevIOCtl call is used, the EXECUTE command works fine. We need our
applications to be 32 bit though.

Email replies to spking@netcom.com is appreciated. Thank you.

There's a difference between the 32-bit and 16-bit versions of DosDevIOCtl.
The 32-bit version includes additional parameters. If you're taking the
16-bit app code and compiling it with a 32-bit compiler, then the compiled
code might not be calling the correct version of DosDevIOCtl or it might
not be calling it correctly.
