Passing stems between REXX and C/C++

Hello.

Is there a way to call a rexx routine from a DLL or EXE (under OS/2) and
pass it a stem variable? How about the other way around?

Here is an example of what I'm trying to do:

A C program has some internal variables, say X and Y.

This program cals a REXX macro and passes it those variables "attached"
to a stem called THING (as THING.X and THING.Y).

The REXX routine accesses THING.X, sets THING.Y to a different value and
then creates a new variable THING.Z.

It then returns the stem THING to the calling program which sets Y to
the new value of THING.Y and does something with the new variable
THING.Z.

Is this, or something similar possible?
Is it possible with the new Object REXX?

Thanx!

Have fun,
Alex.

Yes, it's possible. You need the REXX API docs to tell you how to do
it. Drop me some email if you can't find 'em and I'll see if I can email
you a copy.
