Hi. 
With little hack with makefile you can get, what you want. Check next out:

.idl.sqc:
    if exist $*.sqc copy $*.sqc $*.c
    sc -sXXXXXX $*.idl
    copy $*.c $*.sqc
    del $*.c

This should give you the SQL file. Other should be cake.
There may arise problems, but hope this helps. I just use such makefile, i 
haven't think it myself out.
