TeamConnection is IBM's high-end source-code revision tracking system (like CVS and PVCS). Unlike most of its 
competitors, however, TC does it all. From the documentation: 

TeamConnection provides an environment and tools to make software development run smoothly, whether
your development team is small or large. Using TeamConnection, you can communicate with and share data
among team members to keep up with the many tasks in the development life cycle, from planning through
maintenance. 

    - Configuration management. Identify, organize, manage, and control software modules as they change over time. 
    - Release management. Organize objects into logical views. Releases are versioned, built, and packaged. 
    - Version control. Track the relationships among the versions of the various parts of your app. Version control enables you 
to build your product using stable levels of code. 
    - Change control. TC keeps track of any part changes you make and the reasons you made them. 
    - Build support. Build your application on OS/2, Windows NT, or MVS. 
    - Packaging support. Prepares your application for electronic distribution. 

Plus, it has both a command-line and a full object-oriented GUI interface. Add TeamConnection commands to
your favorite IDE, or use drag-and-drop to manage your files. 

This product used to be known as CMVC to IBM programmers, but it's more powerful. When first released,
this product cost $10,000. That's how amazing it is.

ftp://service.software.ibm.com/ps/products/teamconnection/fixes/intel/ . TeamConnection is client/server
based. The client runs on OS/2 and Windows. The server runs only on OS/2, I think. You can run the client
and the server on the same machine, if you like.
