Does anyone have an idea how to set the WS_VERTICALFLIP flag for a
menu from a resource file, or do I have to do it in code?  I can see
how the resource file can set MIS_ and MIA_ attributes, but no
manner of |'ing with WS_ values seems to work.  Thanks in advance.
