You can take your choice of support for WorkSet/2.  Aside from posting
questions here (we do try to monitor this newsgroup), you can send
questions about C Set/2 to cset2@vnet.ibm.com, or about WorkFrame/2 to
workframe@vnet.ibm.com.  If you want to officially report a problem,
