missing include files from TCPIP package

I am trying to compile the RN example program that comes with the TCPIP package.I am using IBM CSET.  

When I try to compile the compiler complains about a couple of missing
include files.  The files are doscalls.h and subcalls.h, I have tried to
locate these files but they are nowhere to be found.

If anyone has a copy of these files or know what they do, I would
appreciate some info.
