	Hi, I'm using the emx/gcc port and I'm trying to draw a circle
in a window (silly me).  I don't have the online refs - I wouldn't
have space for them on my drive anyway.  Looking through emxos2.h, I 
assumed GpiFullArc(HPS,long,FIXED) would do it, but I have no idea 
what the 2nd and 3rd variables are for.  Do I have to set up some
type of control structure, and pass it by index??  Can someone show
me the lines necessary to do this?
