I can't help with the parameters for the CD-ROM under OS/2, but you can do
the same thing as SETVER does in DOS. From the program object that you will
start MSCDEX.EXE from (either the DOS command prompt or an object specific
to MSCDEX) open the Settings (right mouse button on the object, select the
arrow to the right of the Open option, then select Settings).
1) Go to the Session page.
2) Select the DOS Settings button (and make sure the appropriate DOS prompt
is selected).
3) Scroll down until you see DOS_VERSION and select it
4) On the right will be a list box. Add "MSCDEX.EXE,5,0,255" to the next line
5) Save the DOS Settings and close the Settings window
