I'm having trouble changing the default Tabs setting in EPM 5.51.
I go to the Options-Preferences-Settings notebook and set Tabs to 3,
but when I exit the program and restart EPM, tabs are set back to
the original default, even though the Settings page still says 3 (and
so does the EPM.INI file).  I also tried putting a "tabs 3" line in
a MYCNF.E file.  No luck.

Does anyone know the solution to this problem?  Also, is there an email
address where I can send EPM bugs and suggestions?
