This might be some rather stupid questions, but you don`t learn if you don`t ask. I am going to learn OS/2 PM programming and I whant some information. I have seen that Petzold`s book is recomended by someone here, but since it is difficult to get what is the 2`nd best book about OS/2 programming? I got the book: Programming OS/2 2.0 by example, but it is a litle bit to adwanced for a beginer. Do anyone have source code for a "Hello World" program or any other program that shows the basic of a OS/2 program. If so could they mail it to me? I am about to finish Petzold`s book in Windows programing and I asume there is similarities between OS/2 and WIndows programing. I have seen someone mentioning the Programming faq, but I can`t find it at Hobbes. Dos it exist and if so where is it.
