I'm having trouble installing EMACS from ftp-os2.nmsu.edu.  When I execute the
lib.cmd file and it inturn executes temacs.exe I get the error message:
  Can't find file EMX

I looked at the temacs.exe file using TYPE temacs.exe and the only english 
there says EMX 0.8.  Is this another program I need to build the executable
emacs.  I've done everything that the README file tells me to do without any
luck.  

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
