The EMX/GCC package is pretty well documented (from a beginner's
standpoint) in the "emxstart" document, available from
ftp-os2.nmsu.edu.

Well, your Information folder should contain a REXX manual (if you
asked that it be installed when you installed OS/2; if not, use the
Selective Install utility in OS/2 System -> System Setup to get it).
This online document refers to the other IBM publications on REXX.

I also suggest getting ahold of vrexx2.zip, available via anonymous
ftp from ftp-os2.nmsu.edu.  This DLL package will let you construct
your own Presentation Manager/Workplace Shell programs with nothing
but REXX.  (Well done, IBM.)

There are several, and you should consult the IBM TCP/IP announcement
letter, which should be available via anonymous ftp from
ftp-os2.nmsu.edu, directory /pub/os2/all/info.
