Some time ago, when I was still a beemer, I wrote a long "How-to" guide for doing online help for an application. You could chop out the part about the C code and use the /INF switch to make an online book instead. Unfortunately, although I placed this guide at an anon-ftp site, I cannot remember any of the 2 or 3 sites I placed this at. Can someone else help me with this dilemma?
