Gawd I know this is probably a faq, but I gotta ask it anyway..  I'm
trying to slog my way through Petzold's "Programming the OS/2 Presentation
Manager"..  My problem is with the SYSVALS programs, specifically SYSVALS3
and SYSVALS..  I can't get the vertical scroll bars to work properly..
I know i've seen posts concerning these programs in the past but, alas,
I didn't save them..  anyone have experience with these programs?  anyone
know how to get the vertical scroll stuff to work properly?

Any help greatly appreciated...
