The below quote is from an IBM CFORUM called os2tlkit, which is all
about the os/2 2.0 programming toolkit. It suggests to me that there
is now documentation for the VIO, KBD and MOU subsystems. Where?
Have a look at the OS/2 bbs, which is probably somewhere in the US.
Sorry -- cannot help you with a number. I'm sure someone will jump
in with this one, though.

PRCP - OS/2 Online Programming Reference, Missing Sections

The PRCP package is now available for download from the OS/2 BBS
Software Library, Documentation Section.

The PRCP package provides the sections to the online OS/2 Programming
Reference that were "missing" in what came with the OS/2 2.0 ToolKit.
The ZIP file unpacks to a single ".INF" file that can be incorporated
with the other INF files that came with the OS/2 2.0 ToolKit. The
"missing" sections it provides are:

Control Programming Function Calls
Keyboard Function Calls                                     <- KBD-calls?
Mouse Function Calls                                        <- MOU-calls?
Video Function Calls                                        <- VIO-calls?
Errors Returned from Base OS/2 Calls (Numeric Order)
