Why do you single out C Set/2 as the product not buy? Bob Cain's
experience (which I cannot comment on) was with OS/2 developer
support, not C Set/2 developer support. I believe that the OS/2
developer support is improving daily, but regardless of that, the
compiler you use to develop OS/2 apps has no bearing on the quality
of the OS/2 developer support you'll receive.

We here in C Set/2 & WorkFrame land are as open, and accessible, as
we can be. You can report bugs, or ask questions, via email, compuserve,
a 1-800 number, or even here (I'm replying less than 2 hours after
you made your post).

We don't expect to earn your business for free, or even easily.
Customer support is critically important to us, and we will do
whatever we can to make you happy. Give us a chance. -tim
