I am potentially interested in developing a Windows app, in C++,
using OS/2 as a development platform. (This desire is not so
strange as it sounds. Windows seems to be the execution
environment that will be most broadly available: on top of DOS,
under OS/2, under NT, etc. But I would just as soon not have to
deal with DOS myself.)
Toward this end, I have two questions:
(1) Does Turbo C++ for Windows run under OS/2? In
particular, does the debugger work?
(2) Is there any way (current or future) to wrap a
Presentation Manager app for Windows execution
(a la Microsoft's Win32s scheme for NT).
All advice is welcome. Thanks.
Russell
