Note that the Guide to Interface Design and Advanced Interface Design
Reference books have comment forms in the back.  You can probably
photocopy these, cross out the information at the top (about the
manual title and publication number), replace it with the information
for the manual you are commenting on, include your comments, then send
the form in.
