Charles,
It probably has been asked/answered a zillion times, but lets take a shot
at it. The Iostream libraries are not shipped on the PDK CD ROM for licensing
reasons (i.e. not everyone who orders the PDK needs it). If you need to use
the USL Libraries (Iostream, Complex Numbers, Task Library - I think that is
the list), you must call IBM and order them. You should have received a
cardboard diskette image with the CD with information on who to call so that
you will be sent the USL libraries. If you no longer have the cardboard image
send me email and I will dig up the needed information for you.

Cheers,
