Hi Everyone, I would like to get the EMX / GCC combo up and running. I have been zooming around some FTP sites today and after reading a README.DOC file that was in a emx-0.8f directory, became pretty confused as to what I needed. I downloaded all the files in that dir and went looking for GCC 2.3.3 as said in the doc. Now I can only find 2.2.2 ! Will this work? Where can I find 2.3.3 ? If some one could give me a list of ALL the archives needed to get EMX/GCC up and running that would be great, so I can tick them off in like a check list! Thanks a heap. -- * Scott Golby BBS +61-(0)47-36-6263 v32 * * University of Western Sydney, Nepean - Kingswood * * Secretary of the UWS-Nepean Computer Society (email compsoc) * * sgolby@st.nepean.uws.edu.au FIDO : 3:713/616 *

Get all the files in the emx-0.8f directory on hobbes. This already includes gcc. If you don't want the gcc source (I didn't), then don't get any file with the string "src" in it. That's all you need (except for a make utility; get nmake2.zip) -- Death: the high price of living ======================================================================== Disclaimer: I am not bubba.
