OS/2 2.0 Bitmaps - new compression for 1 bit/pel data

According to the documentation on the ulCompression field in the
BITMAPINFOHEADER2 structure there is one new compression method
BCA_HUFFMANENCODING.
(the others are BCA_UNCOMP, BCA_RLE4, BCA_RLE8 i.e. the same as found in
Windows 3.0 bitmaps)

My question: Does anybody have any documentation (or know how to implement)
BCA_HUFFMANENCODING ?

I'm 99% sure that BCA_HUFFMANENCODING isn't used at the moment, but there's
always that 1%...
