It appears that the problem is with the new USR Sportster, PNP, V.34+,
33.6. At least that is my problem. My 8 - 10 month old 28.8 Sportster
works fine, my 2 week old USR Sportster, PNP, V.34+, 33.6 won't work
at all with faxworks. All other com software seems to still work ok.
It seems that "&D3" is important to faxworks and no longer exist as
far as usr is concerned. The faxworks tech rep said that they were
aware of the problem and that it was possible that the problem might
be dealt with in a future version of faxworks. The usr tech rep
suggested adding "S13=1" to the special commands and when this didn't
help she suggested emailing usr's tech help thru their web page.
