I have to comment on Seattle Filmworks... I tried setting this up under Win/OS2
a year or so ago and gave up, because of the Win32 requirements of the software.
I gave the software to my daughter and she installed it on her system, using native
DOS/Windows 3.1. When we viewed the photo files that Seattle Filmworks had
processed, we were less than thrilled. They were LOW RESOLUTION, grainy quality,
320x200x256 GIF quality images.... I could not find any utility that would recognize
the file format, so conversion and manipulation with any graphics program was out of
the question. After this one order, our family will continue to pay for Photo CD images
of out photos. The Seattle Filmworks files are not up to snuff, in my book. Someone,
who has never viewed any high resolution computer graphics may think they are great.
I guess I cannot accept mediocre, maybe that's why I don't like McDonalds?<G>
