Pat Duffy's September 1995 5SCSI PCI FAQ
http://warp.eecs.berkeley.edu/os2/workbench/pci_scsi.html

says the Tyan S1365 (NCR825) will not work with OS/2. Anyone know if this is
still true?

Anyone using one with OS/2 Warp? While we're at it I have also heard of
problems with these NCR controllers and Quantum disk drives? I have a couple
of (older) LPS scsi units which I'd like to run with the NCR825 or NCR875
controller.

thanks for any comments

Good question...I'm interested in knowing this, too. Tyan
(http://www.tyan.com) has updated driver for Warp available for download, at
least for the Yorktown model, which suggests some present compatability.

Interesting. Below is the last correspondence I had from Tyan on the
subject. If this is really fixed it would be good to know. BTW I'm fairly
impressed with Tyan's tech support. They've emailed me back answers
to several pre-sales questions. I haven't bought a thing (yet). I'm eyeing
the Tomcat I now, hoping that it's as good as the now proven Titan III and
won't have any *new* problems....

The 1365 will work find with OS/2 2.1 or 2.11. I believe we have
had problems with the driver for OS/2 Warp.
