I have a Dell PC with onboard S3 864 controller, and have numerous
problems with system lockups when switching from Windows full screen
to OS/2 PM, OS/2 full screen to PM, etc.

Is there any known fix for this?  I'm in 1024 x 768 x 64K mode.
Here's the information from SYSLEVEL:

 Vision 864/964/868/968/Trio32/64/64V+
 Version 2.84
 Component ID 5621 07701
 Current CSD Level: S328413
