Just to update you on the resolution of my Matrox problem, I finally received the diskette in the mail. This was version 1.10 of the driver, I believe. It worked fine. It was sent from a New York postmark dated about a week after my initial phone call. I had been told that it would be mailed the day or the next day after my phone call, so I was doubting that it was ever mailed at all. To address the concern of one poster here, I have no interest in reducing sales of Matrox cards. I am publicizing my experience in the hope that doing so will prod Matrox into expending the effort required to avoid such incidents in the future. - Keith -- -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Keith Bennett Bennett Business Solutions, Inc.
