Keith,

I wish you the best of luck but my advice to you is cut your losses now and 
trash the Matrox Card.

I went through the same problems with them with their original MGA card.  
Their OS/2 drivers were, up until recently, pathetic. (As a matter of fact 
I think the driver I'm using now is still beta (2 years after the card was 
released)).  Their support is terrible.
