Well, a lot of questions to ask: often this error occurs in machines
having a scsi controller with a wrong driver used with. try remarking all
basedev drivers for scsi drives just use the IBMINT13.I13 for example.
you did not mention anything about your settings (hardware installed and 
that kind of stuff) in general i would say that this is because of wrong 
harddisk drivers/usage (my experiences)
