NexGen 586 Experiences?

Anyone out there using a NexGen 586 system? Had any problems?

Motherboards based round this chip are pretty cheap now, and I'm wondering
how compatible they are in practice. The fact that they are available with
VLB is a big plus for me since I've got an Orchid Fahrenheit VLB card
which I like and would be able to keep on this upgrade, unlike Pentium/PCI.

I'm using Warp, CSet/2++, Visual Age, so compatibility with these is a must.
Thanks for any input, and direct me to the FAQ if appropriate.
