PLEASE HELP! Can't setup Adaptec

I have a stock-standard Adaptec AHA-1520, Version 4, SCSI card. In selective
install it gives this as an option, but when config.sys is booting, it comes
up with the error `AHA-1520 driver failed to load'.

Is there anybody out there with one of these cards, who managed to get it
to work? I don't even know if the jumpers on the card are correct (if anybody
could mail me their's I'd really appreciate it).
