That didn't help for me. But I solved MY problem with the black screen. This
was a result of the fact that I changed the number of colors to 32k under
plain Windows. When I returned to WARP, the screen would go blank on either
seamless or fullscreen Windows-Sessions. After I set the number of colors
back to 256, the same number as under OS/2, everything works fine. Maybe the
setting VIDEO_SWITCH_NOTIFICATION might solve this problem, also. I do have
the impression that applications take longer to load if that option is
disabled.
