Help!!!

All my full screen icons (OS/2 Full Screen, DOS Full Screen and WinOS/2 Full
Screen) always start up minimised now. I have not set Start Minimized to ON
at all. I have tried restoring from my backup 2 times ... doesn't work, as in:

After restoring, it works on the first boot-up. After a re boot (system 
shutdown), the problem come back again.

Any idea?

I am using OS/2 2.11 on 486DX-40 with 20MB Ram. TCP/IP 1.2.1 and Netware Req
(the previous version) installed. Also, MMPM/2 (the one with 2.11) installed
for PAStudio-16 card and FastBack installed for Colorado Jumbo 250.
SVGA card is plain ISA ET4000. Installed resolution is 1024x768x256 colours.

Can anyone help? Any suggestion?
		.... maybe I should go to OS/2 2.99 Beta ... but then that is
Beta and may have more problem.
