Visual FoxPro requires win32s v2.0.  Warp only will operate through v1.15a.
There is no forthcoming support for win32s v.20 at this time.

Sorry, it's <gasp> Windoze95 or Windoze/NT for you.

The old Foxpro will work fine, either foxpro or foxprox.  So should the 
windows version pre-Visual FoxPro.
