I install OS/2 a couple of days ago. I have no prior experience with OS/2.

In my absence (at work) my kid who play around with the OS/2 games,
andmay have accidentally send the COMMAND PROMPT folder to the shredder.

  How can I reacreate it?
Can someone E-mail a copy of the 'folder filer', and tell me where to
      keep it (which directory)

My system is 486DX266 with 16 MB RAM. No MS WINDOWS.

----------------

My Modem is a generic one (14.4K, Hayes compatible, mostlikely Rockwell
chip). I cannot find the right modem on the list, so which one should I
choose. The is no Hayes Comptible on the list.

-----------------

I am writing this via DOS-TELIX. (I amlucking tgo be able to get to DOS
via Norton Commander.

This softawre becomes a drag (slow) after I install the Internet
Connection software ... (it seemed that in DOS, TCPIP is loaded in.

Why? before the Interne Conection is install, the speed is good.

Why is that so?

(I am trying to get HyAccess working so that I can remove TELIX to save
space.

Your assistence is appreciated.
