Hi.
Similar problem a while ago. Turns out I had installed the NETBIOS LAN side 
of TCP/IP as well, instead of just the Internet portion. 

I use WARP/Connect, so there might be a difference there too. I dunno if the 
WARP TCP/IP install is the same as for Connect. With mine, I selected the 
Selective Network Install icon in the install folder, then followed all the 
instructions. It is IMPORTANT when installing only the Internet kit to take 
the minimalist approach. Ie, if you get a settings notebook or dialogue, only 
fill in mandatory fields, even though reason might tell you to fill some of the 
others. This is VERY important.
