I suggest you start with the FAQ, which is posted here regurarly. You can also
get it with anonymous ftp, but I don't remember from where. It contains LOTS
of information on OS/2. If you still have interrogations after reading it, I
am sure you will find people here willing to answer precise questions.

Also note that there is much more activity on comp.os.os2.misc than
on any other OS/2 group.
