I have just finished porting the UNIX mpeg 1.2 viewer to OS2. It runs in family mode, so it will also run on 386 dos machines that do not have strange memory configurations. The program is quite fast, approximately 3-4 frames a second on my 25-mhz 486DX ( Cacheless ). Color dithering, a nice grayscale, and a simulated 18-bit color mode are supported. I will place the program on several FTP sites soon ( in a few days ). When I have added some features I like and optimized the code somewhat. Interested people please mail me.
