I've got a bad 24 bit color graphics board out of an Alpha 3000/300X. It's called a PXG+. The Digital part numbers are PMAGB-EB (field install) and PMAGB-EA (factory install). The two parts are, as far as I know, itdentical. I know it's bad because I swapped an identical board which worked. This is the same board used in the DECstation 5000's and other Turbochannel-equipped computers. Digital wants $950 to repair the board. Does anyone have a surplus board they'd like to sell cheap or donate to us? Do you know of any reliable company that could repair the board?
