I tried to connect my Scanmaker II to a NCR 53C810 SCSI-controller
and this is what i got until now :

1/ For the proprieatary interface, now terminator is needed.

2/ If I attach it to the NCR, and no terminator is attached, the PC
boots, but if I run CorelSCSI's SCSI-tools, no device is found.

3/ If I attach it to the NCR, and use a passive terminator, the PC
hangs after the NCR bios banner is displayed (=doesn't even boot)

4/ If I attach it to the NCR, and use an active terminator, the PC
boots, but if I run CorelSCSI's SCSI-tools, no device is found.
However, I hear the scan mechanism moving.

I think the scanner drivers in CorelSCSI 2 should work, but since I
can't get CorelSCSI to see the scanner, I couldn't try yet.
