Best tape choise ?

A small question to you, regarding selection of tapestreamers,

I am about to buy a tapestreamer for my SCO-UNIX box.

As far as I can see I have the choise between buing the following
technologies (e.g. Archive)

	1) QIC (the traditional choise?)
	2) DAT
	3) EXABYTE (VIDEO 8)

Does anybody of you have an opinion on what to buy, when I want to
take into account the following aspects:

	1) it has to be well functioning
	2) > 1.5 GB storing capacity.
	3) it has to be bootable
	4) it has to be a standard for the future
