Hey all: If I had a MacTCP/NCSA-BYU Telnet connection established from a powerbook or even a desktop Mac (lets say IIsi) to a UNIX box and run an application called Empress ... How do I get the functions key commands to work. I can see that the PowerBooks have no FuncKeys, so is there a key combination replacement? I have tried this from a IIsi, and get junk when ever I press a Function Key (lets say F3). Am I missing something in preferences/window configuration? Second, I asked this question about a (1) year and since then my mail account was removed accidently on purpose and so all my reference address's were lost forever :-( ... but there was nice qentleman from BYU that modified NCSA Telnet to create version 2.5b for me to fix the printing bug from Hp Deskwriter. Does anyone know who this person was and maybe someone has his email address. Its a shot in the dark, I know...but maybe he still reads this forum. Thanx Troy -- Troy D.
