This is pretty obscure, but...

IM Volume 5 documents three EFS traps
	_SetUpWDCB
	_SetUpDef
	_ReadWDCB
which are overloaded on _HFSDispatch (A260) used for other HFS traps.

They don't seem to be present in the Mac Plus ROM.  If they are,
then can a Mac 512 use them with 'Hard Disk 20'?

If they are neither place, where do they come from?  DRVR '.EFS'?
In the System?  In file 'AppleShare'?

While I'm at it, I came across some other fileserver-related 
traps.  Any comments on their availability or advisability would
be appreciated.
