Sorry if this was already posted! I screwed up the LISTSERV submission the first time. I'll post a very short summary this time, just in case. Today I received an announcement of Jnet Version 3.2, and also received the new software. (Jnet is Joiner Associates' RSCS implementation for VAX/VMS.) Among other things, 3.2 supports direct connections to IBM MVS/JES2 and CYBER NOS/NJEF. We've been connected to an MVS/JES2 site via Jnet for almost a year now, and the software has operated reliably. 3.2 also supports remote print and batch job submittal to and from VAX sites. (Grinnell has no connection with Joiner other than as a test site and satisfied customer.) ---- Ed McGuire, Systems Coordinator, Grinnell College, MCGUIRE@GRIN2.BITNET
