Here at The University of Texas at Dallas we are considering implementing
a telephone Book Renewal system for the library. The system is one of those
types where the user phones in and the computer prompts them for information
and the user inputs the information from the touch-tone dial.

We are currently considering what hardware vendor to go with. One company
is Inter-Voice out of Richardson, TX. The other is Syntellect out of Phenix
AZ.

If any one has any information or comments on either of these (or any other)
companies, would you please contact me?

I am not currently subscribed to IBM-NETS list, so please send mail directly
to me and my director at: SPANO AT UTDALLAS and BRIGGS AT UTDALLAS

Thanks for any help!
