Greetings,

I have a copy of a paper by Graham Knight, George Pavlou, and Simon
Walton titled "Experience of Implementing OSI Management Facilities".
It describes a pilot OSI management system implemented on a Unix
workstation.  I was told that this system would be available in
the public domain in April.  Does anyone know the status of its availability?
If it is available, how can I obtain it?
