Hi all

Some time back I posted an article on the Estelle tools that I had developed,
and received a very favourable response. I got everything packaged and
uploaded it to the comp.binaries.ibm.pc moderators several weeks ago. As
yet, there has been no response from the moderators, and the package has not
been posted. As I can only assume that the c.b.i.p. moderators are either
too busy, or rejected the package (in which case they could at least have
had the courtesy of informing me as to why they did this), I will upload the
code to Simtel as soon as I get a chance, and inform the group accordingly.
